Bringing this blog back to life - Hemepath 

So... I'm bringing the blog back to life from its hiatus with a couple hemepath cases. I'll try to make them follow some order, so I'm starting with lymph nodes. 
Here go two cases:

CASE 1:

50-something year-old woman with parotid mass:
The case
Immunophenotype:
Negative: CD3, CD5, CD10, CD23, BCL-2, BCL-1
Positive: CD20, CD21, sIg

CASE 2:

60 year-old male with asymptomatic lymphadenopathy:
Immunophenotype:
Negative: CD3, CD5, BCL-1
Positive: CD20, CD10, BCL-2
