    The lesion was midline and moved with swallowing. It did not have prominant cyst wall lymphoid aggregate of branchial cleft cyst


    #2 Intrathyroid parathyroid tissue
    The clinical of renal failure helps a little.

  2. How does the renal failure help? I associate renal failure with hyperparathyroidism; hyperplasia. Is this the same thing just in the thyroid tissue?

    1. Exactly... Hes probably got a more cellular parathyroid likely due to the renal failure
