  1. 7) Anaplastic (undifferentiated) carcinoma - Comes in 3 flavors and all are terrible for the patient a. Epithelioid, b. spindle c. Giant cell, all are ugly and all are BAD!

    8) ok credit goes to all those that wrote Fol variant of PTC eventhough the rosai collection has this listed as follicular carcinoma. I think there are significant nuclear changes towards PTC which either cannot be ignored or the virtual slide just doesnt let us see close enough
